Certificate of Mentoring

Mentor’IN Brussels Program

The holder of this certificate has actively supported a person in their job search as part of the Mentor’IN Brussels program.

As a mentor, they met regularly with their mentee to discuss objectives, progress, and potential challenges related to job search. They also made use of the resources provided by the mentoring team - including individual support, training, and pedagogical material - to ensure a high-quality, caring, and constructive mentoring experience.

This certificate recognizes both the mentor’s commitment and key competencies developed through this mentoring experience.

- Planning and solution orientation: identifying clear goals, defining an action plan, and helping overcome obstacles encountered in the job search.
- Collaborative and inspiring leadership: guiding without directing, motivating, and encouraging initiative while fostering the mentee’s autonomy.
- Continuous development: commitment to learning from experience, engaging in self-reflection, and improving mentoring practices over time.
- Diversity and inclusion management: recognizing, valuing, and integrating cultural, social, and personal differences into the mentoring relationship.
